Forms to be completed by participants of C-15-08

Participants of C-15-08 are asked to complete the following forms which can be downloaded from this Web site:

  • Quartermaster Survey
  • Personal Resource Questionnaire
  • Photo Release Form
  • Twenty Questions (for participants to complete and bring with them on the course - for your eyes only!)

Wood Badge Course C-15-08 is now FULL!

Wood Badge Course C-15-08 under the direction of Course Director, Fred Dudding, is now FULL.  A waiting list is being started.  All current registrants must have their final payment in by August 1 to remain on the course.  Contact Fred Dudding at 294-6611 in the evenings if you would like to request a scholarship.
